Dixxi's DOB: 7/2003, female, spayed
Dixxi is a very shy girl who requires a very special person to love her. She was obviously abused before she came to Pups 2 Luv, probably not physically, but verbally to the point where she is extremely timid. She has NEVER in any way shown any aggression, but it will take time and patience to build her trust in you. She relates much better to women than to men and loves to play and run with other dogs of any age. She mothers all the puppies that we rescue, takes them under her "wing" (or paw!) and teaches them their manners and how to play. She was in good physical shape when we got her, but now she has put on some weight and her black coat is glossy and really shines like silk. Dixxi is really a beauty! She runs like the wind and jumps like a deer and is a very happy girl when she is feeling secure and safe.
Dixxi would do best in a quiet, serene home situation, with not a lot of coming and going activit. Dixxi needs someone with a calm and gentle personality who would be willing to give her the time she needs to become the loving and faithful companion she is so capable of becoming.
